Australian Orders

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post to residential, business, PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses.

Parcel Lockers: Please provide the correct Australia Post Parcel Locker number and account name. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays. See the Australia Post guide.

Handling time: Most in-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). We’ll notify you if anything unusual slows us down.

Flat rate: $15.95 per order

On AU orders over $149.95 (Standard Tracked)

Note: Delivery times can vary due to location, carrier delays, weather or peak periods.

Missed deliveries: If no one is home and there’s no safe place to leave your parcel, Australia Post will notify you. It’s the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery/collection. Parcels returned to us due to non-collection will require payment of the original shipping cost to reship.

Authority to Leave (ATL): If you provide ATL at checkout, you accept responsibility once delivery is confirmed by Australia Post.

Damaged packages: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

In-stock items dispatch within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). If an item is on back-order or there’s an unexpected delay, we’ll let you know quickly.

Temperature-sensitive items: Probiotics and similar products ship early in the week only. We avoid dispatch on Thursdays or the day before public holidays to minimize time in transit.

Order verification: In rare cases we may require manual verification before dispatch. If so, dispatch may take up to 3–5 business days from verification.

International Orders

We currently offer shipping to selected destinations (including NZ, USA, UK and Canada). If your country appears at checkout, it’s supported.

Standard International

From $49.95 based on total order weight.

  • Final cost calculated at checkout by destination and weight

Express International

From $69.95 based on total order weight.

  • Delivery in 6–15 business days
  • Priority handling

Important: International sales are final unless required by law. Duties/taxes are payable by the customer. Customs delays and holds are outside our control; temperature-sensitive items ship at your risk.
